Outstanding Service! I got myself an REM beauty bed (best deal online, no doubt) and when it showed up, it was unfortunately faulty. Steer clear of this seller. They took my money, claimed the item was shipped, and then I heard nothing. The tracking number was missing from the email. I’ve reached out three times and even tried WhatsApp, so just a heads up! After a week of waiting, they finally emailed to say the product isn’t available. They had previously told me it was on its way. Such dishonest behavior! It got even worse! I got a call saying the item would show up the next day or after the weekend, so I went ahead and canceled a replacement I had ordered from another store. The next day, I got a refund because the item was out of stock! I’m really shocked. They’re in business but seem completely lost!
